Cruise insurance is available through Sixthman, pricing varies based on the cabin booked..
Typical cruise fare is also included, such as:

  • all meals (there's gourmet fare in the formal dining rooms, casual indoor and outdoor grills open for meals throughout the day and 24 hour room service)
  • non-carbonated beverages (i.e. tea, juices, coffee)
  • use of the ship's three pools and waterslide (all with plenty of deck space to enjoy a cocktail and some great acoustic performances)
  • use of the ship's health and fitness center

All cabins on Cayamo are above ocean level for the most comfortable cruise.

The minimum payment schedule allows guests to make installment payments on their cruise over time. The date that you place your reservation will dictate your minimum deposit amount after which you would be required to make any future payments according to the schedule.

# 25% of reservation total due at time of booking and;
#  Another 25% per person is due on August 1, 2008
#  Another 25% per person is due on October 1, 2008
#  Remaining balance is due on December 1, 2008

Past-due payments are subject to a $35 late fee. See TERMS AND CONDITIONS for full details.
Reservations made after the final payment date of October 8, 2008, require a minimum 50% deposit, and must be paid in full within 30 days of the booking or 35 days from the departure date (12/04/08), whichever comes first.

AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS 

# Reservations paid in full through May 19, can receive a 5% discount
# A discount of $99.00 is available for guests 14 years and younger.
# A discount of 5% to any active-duty military personnel.
# A discount of $199.00 is available for cabins booked at single occupancy.
# No combining of non-age related discounts is allowed.

FEES, CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS

The person that places a reservation for the Cayamo Cruise is the "Lead" passenger and "owns" the reservation. They must authorize any changes made to the reservation.

+ The Lead Passenger is not allowed to change their name within the reservation; that is considered a transfer, and is subject to a $299 fee.  No Lead Passenger changes are allowed after the event sells out, or after December 1, 2008.

+ The cancellation schedule is as follows:

# Cancellations made through 08/01/08, incur a $75 per person administration fee.
# Cancellations made from 08/02/08, through 10/01/08, incur a 50% penalty of monies received, plus a $75 per person administration fee.
# Cancellations made from 10/02/08 through 12/01/08, incur a 75% penalty of monies received, plus a $75 per person administration fee.
# No refunds will be given to cancellations made after 12/01/08.

If you have cruise insurance and need to cancel for a covered condition, you can make a claim with the insurance carrier to recover any lost payments.
